You must be at least 16 years old to create a student account. Universities, employers and partners must be authorized representatives of their organizations.

CLA360 provides: Verified student recruitment for universities, Transcript and credential verification including GPA equivalencies via Scholaro, Visa preparation and compliance support, Employment readiness services.

You must provide accurate, truthful information. You consent to CLA360 verifying your credentials with your schools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Universities agree to use CLA360 data for admissions and recruitment purposes only. Institutions must not resell or misuse student data. Payment is due only when a student enrols, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Universities must provide accurate tuition and scholarship details.

All software, branding and content on CLA360 belongs to CLA360, Inc. Universities and students retain ownership of their data but grant CLA360 permission to process it as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not: Use the platform for fraudulent purposes, Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt CLA360 services, Misrepresent yourself as a student, university or agent.

CLA360 provides services 'as is' and does not guarantee admission, visa approval or employment. Universities remain solely responsible for final admissions decisions. Students remain responsible for ensuring accuracy of their submissions. CLA360 is not responsible for changes in fees, scholarships or university decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
